Silver Circle comienza en 1979 y busca proveer información correcta a los buscadores que tengan interés y a los medios. A lo largo de los años se han publicado un número de pequeños fascículos en holandés, como “The Horns of the Moon”, una concisa introducción al Arte, que también se envía a periodistas para ofrecerles un trasfondo informativo sobre el Arte.
Entre otras publicaciones también se incluyen ensayos filosóficos, rituales, entrenamiento mágico, un diccionario del Arte Inglés – Holandés, un Calendario Lunar Celta a todo color, y software informático. Silver Circle también publica un curso guía en holandés de ocho partes. En otoño de 1997, después de un buen tiempo buscando un lugar adecuado, nació el primer “Witches’ Cafe” o Café de Brujas. Más tarde, cuando Morgana se convirtió en representante oficial de Pagan Federation International en los Países Bajos, este tipo de encuentros al estilo holandés fue abierto a todos los buscadores, brujas, asatrúes, paganos, druidas, etc. El “Witches’ Cafe” es meramente un evento social, y con una media de treinta persona cada mes, se convierte en una tarde animada e inspiradora.
Morgana nació en Gales, y creció en Lancashire, cerca de Pendle Hill, afamado a nivel histórico por sus juicios de brujas. Merlín creció en el boscoso centro de los Países Bajos. Ambos dirigieron un Coven Gardneriano tradicional durante varias décadas.

Silver Circle was started in 1979, and aims to provide accurate information for interested seekers and the media. Over the years a range of small Dutch booklets have been published, for example The Horns of the Moon, a concise Dutch introduction into the Craft, and which is also sent to reporters to provide them with background information on the Craft.
Other publications include philosophical treatises, rituals, magical training, an English-Dutch Craft dictionary, a full-color Celtic Moon Calendar, and computer software. Silver Circle also publishes an eight-part Dutch guidance course, which helps the student to transform intellectual knowledge about the Craft into practical everyday experience and inner spiritual and emotional development, under the guidance of an experienced witch.
Also since 1979, Silver Circle has published the quarterly magazine Wiccan Rede. Wiccan Rede is bilingual, about half the contents are in Dutch, the rest is in English. It contains both practical and philosophical articles, news, book and CD reviews, an agenda, advertisements and so forth.
In the autumn of 1997, after a long time of searching for a suitable location, the monthly Witches Café was born. Later, when Morgana became an official representative of the Pagan Federation International for the Netherlands, this Dutch-style pub moot was opened to all interested seekers-Witches, asatruar, Pagans, Druids, etc. The Witches Café is a purely social event, and with an average of thirty people each month it is a lively and inspiring evening.
Morgana was born in Wales, and grew up in Lancashire, close to Pendle Hill, of historic Witch trial fame. Merlin grew up in the wooded center of the Netherlands. The couple now live in the wooded center of the Netherlands with their teenage daughter and their two cats. Together they led a traditional Gardnerian Coven for several decades.
In January 2012, Merlin started his journey to the Summerlands. Morgana continues actively working in the pagan community as International Coordinator for Pagan Federation International; through Silver Circle; as well as an author and providing a variety of conferences around the globe.
Since 2015, following the celebration of its 35th anniversary, Silver Circle is a Foundation stablished in The Netherlands that aims to provide information about Wicca, more specifically Gardnerian Wicca, and to safeguard the patrimony of those 35 years of work.
